Trip information... The final trip information will be sent twenty-five days out from trip departure. It will list your pickup point, departure time, return time along with an itinerary and hotel names with phone numbers. This information would be wise to copy and leave with family or friends so they can get in touch with you if needed |

Roommates... If you are signing up single but would like to take advantage of the double rate, let me know and I'll try to match you with a roommate. Or if you have a traveling partner and would triple or quad let me know. |

Signing up... It's as easy as a phone call away! To reserve a seat you may: · call our number (515-382-6444) or · send us an e-mail, at nancy@sewgreattours.com
Include in your email the following information: 1) name of the trip 2) your name & phone number 3) list your traveling partner(s)
Deposits or payments are due within 10 days after sign-up. Final payments on overnight trips are due 45 days before departure (except Paducah). Reservations will be taken right up to departure date providing space is available.

The following are common questions and concerns about group travel... The following are common questions and Our modern buses are equipped with a VCR, tape player, reclining seats, tinted windows, foot rests, overhead storage and rest room. We ask that you pack as light as possible and try to limit yourself to one piece of luggage. You are welcome to bring snacks and projects on board. There is also overhead storage if you wish to bring a carry-on. The luggage is stored under the bus and we request that all packages and luggage be zipped shut. No open packages or bags in luggage compartment. Our trips are fully escorted. The escorts are along to aid in any way to make your trip memorable. You will find our escorts are usually well versed in sewing and quilting and may even be instructors. They add a lot to the flair and style of our trips! |

If you choose, you can be covered for all your non refundable expenses including any classes and events that you secured over and above the cost of the tour if you recognize those costs when you price your insurance.
