Signing up...It's as easy as a phone call away! · call our number (515-382-6444) or · send us an e-mail, at nancy@sewgreattours.com · Or fill out the registration on back of brochure or copy from web site. Deposits or payments are due within 10 days after call in or emailed sign-up. Final payments on overnight trips are due 45 days before departure or as noted on Paducah, Amtrak and Mackinac.
Reservations will be taken right up to departure date providing space is available.
Deposits Send $250.00 for all tours due with sign up (or full payment for one day trips or Minnesota trip) Deposits non-refundable 45 days out see description for Amtrak , Paducah and Mackinac trips. Final Payments due in full 45 days prior or as noted, to tour departure.
Deposit refunded if cancellation is received 45 days prior to trip departure (as noted on Paducah, Amtrak and Mackinac). Final trip balance is due and owing after that deadline. Passengers are responsible for full trip payment even if cancelation is made before final payment sent or received. No refund of deposit or final payment after 45 day cut off date or as noted.
Trip information...3-weeks prior to trip departure, an itinerary will be sent or emailed to each guest. It will include the name of the hotel along with phone numbers, break stops and destinations. We try to schedule stops every 2 - 3 hours. There is no smoking \on the bus. Our buses are equipped with a DVD player, reclining seats, tinted windows, foot rests, overhead storage and rest room.
We ask that you pack as light as possible and try to limit yourself to 1-piece of luggage. You are welcome to bring snacks and projects on board. There is also overhead storage if you wish to bring a small, soft carry-on. The luggage is stored under the bus and all packages and luggage must be zippered shut
Our trips are fully escorted. The escorts are along to aid in any way to make your trip memorable. You will find our escorts are usually well versed in sewing and quilting and may even be instructors. They add a lot to the flair and style of our trips!
