Please send deposit with a signed copy of this sign-up information form. Full payment is due with sign up for one day tours. Butchart Gardens final payment June 10, 2012. (cancellation date) cancellations prior to balance due date are refunded subject to $25.00 filing fee. Cancellation date of June 10, 2012 for Butchart Garden Tour and 30 days prior to tour date on the one day tours. Passengers understand after the cancellation date they are responsible for the full payment and no refund on their deposit and final payment unless you find a replacement traveler.  We reserve the right to cancel if the minimum participation is not met. If tour is cancelled, your deposit/payment will be promptly refunded.
